Happy New Year!

“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.”- George Addair

Did you know that fear is the number one emotion that holds a lot of people back from fulfilling their full potentials? I know this from the majority of clients that I work with.

This often comes up when they think about taking a risk that will expand their lives, or is a demonstration of self-doubt. I encourage them to look at the source of the fear. Is it an authentic message that their lives are in danger? If so, then I will say to you what I tell them: listen to the fear and GET AWAY!

If you discover you aren’t really in any mortal danger, then you might consider doing what Terry Cole Whittaker said in the title of her book “Feel the Fear and do it Anyway”.

One thing that helps is to expect the fear and anxiety, rather than be surprised by it. Fear will often come up if you are doing something new that expresses your self-worth. If you predict that you will feel afraid, it will have less power over you.

You might also change the way you interpret your fear. Rather than your perception being that you’re in danger (if you’re really not), it can mean that it’s a sign you are challenging your old limitations so you can experience more freedom to live your life fully.

Oops…I didn’t mean to send that. Ignore that. I’m sending what I want in a minute

Happy New Year!

I wanted to uplift us all into coming into this new year with hope and confidence. I wrote 5 days of inspirational quotes with a healing message, based on my client’s struggles.

I’m so excited about these messages, that I’m posting them here so you can read them if you’re not subscribed to my newsletter.

Most people find the new year exciting and full of new possibilities but at the end of the day, the vast majority feel stuck going after the things they really want. Why?

Simply because they are afraid.
